TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The policies on this website set the terms and conditions between The OECS Commission and you the attendees when registering and attending the SDM summit or participating in any virtual forum as part of SDM. By purchasing an SDM2020 ticket and participating in the online forum that powers this event you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. You should read the policies carefully.

The OECS Commission reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any amended terms and conditions will be posted on this website.

CODE OF CONDUCT

The inaugural SDM 2020 participants are global and bring with them a wide variety of professional, personal and social backgrounds. Participants/ attendees are encouraged to respect and celebrate cultural and linguistic differences and be mindful of the global reach and international nature of our community in preparing presentations, engaging in conversation and utilising various interactive forums such as polls and questions and answers.

Harassment or intimidation based on race, religion, ethnicity, language, gender, identity or expression, sexual orientation, physical or cognitive ability, age, appearance, country of origin or citizenry or other group status is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Unwelcome sexual attention and bullying behaviour are likewise unacceptable.

In the event a participant has been made to feel unsafe or unwelcome at the SDM 2020, a report could be made at the help desk found in the Lobby.

TICKETING POLICY

You will find details of attendee ticket pricing and fees for the SDM 2020. Ticket prices for the Conference are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change the ticket prices at any time but any changes will not affect tickets that have already been purchased. A valid ticket entitles you to access the Conference as an Attendee. Persons who register within a particular phase must pay within that phase in order to lock in the rates. In the event that payments are made outside of the applicable phase, the rate for the next phase will be applied.

The ticket reference number can be used to access the mobile app, in order to register for the Conference. All tickets must be assigned to an Attendee, and all registration forms should be completed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Virtual tickets are non-refundable. If you have secured a complimentary ticket but have already bought a ticket, you are not eligible for a refund.
