Claudine Tracey is the Group Chief Strategy Officer for the JMMB Group and is responsible for driving the strategy for JMMB throughout the Caribbean. She has a stellar career that spans risk management, research and product development, project management, strategic management and business analytics. With an outstanding decade-long track record of delivering results and providing innovative solutions for companies, Claudine has churned out significant organic and inorganic growth within numerous public and private sector organizations.
Claudine serves as an independent director on two Jamaican Innovation Start-ups: Turner Innovations and Innovate 10X, where she respectively serves as Chairman and Board Director. She is also a business mentor for several MSMEs in Jamaica and serves in a similar capacity for the Jamaica Business Development Cooperation Accelerator Programme. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Psychology; and a Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus, Jamaica. Her degrees are complemented by certifications in International Risk Management, Investment Foundations; and Mergers and Acquisitions. Claudine is also an Accredited Director.
